Cross-country skiing in the heart of the city: The City Loipe Kreuzbleiche is a unique cross-country ski track in the heart of St. Gallen. The 1.2-kilometre trail is just a few minutes' walk from the main railway station to the Kreuzbleiche sports complex. The track is in the shape of an eight, which divides it into two different sections. The flat part is ideal for beginners, while the long route with a small climb and a short descent on the Bayonett hill is also suitable for experienced cross-country skiers. Enjoy the unique atmosphere and urban charm of this city trail, an ideal winter experience for all cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
